Gov. Dayton sends off the Minnesota delegation to Gettysburg

Gov. Dayton had an official send-off for the Minnesota delegation Tuesday in the Governor’s Reception Room at the State Capitol. He signed a proclamation declaring July 2, 2013 to be “Minnesota Courage at Gettysburg Recognition Day,” and he presented a commemorative flag to 1st Minnesota Regiment re-enactors.
